Opening speech by Minister for Employment, Jørn Neergaard Larsen:

Jørn Neergaard Larsen was appointed Minister for Employment in the second Lars Løkke Rasmussen administration following the 2015 Danish general elections. Mr. Larsen has extensive experience from the private sector, having been Managing Director of The Confederation of Danish Employers, 1996-2015. Before that he was Managing Director at DJØF (organisation for lawyers and law students in Denmark) and JØP (pension  fund for lawyers and economists), from 1982-1996. He also has experience from the public sector as he was Head of Section at the Danish Ministry of the Environment, 1977-1982.
